Key Responsibilities:
- 🧪 Support sales organization with product demonstrations and application studies
- 📊 Conduct customer presentations for Biopharmaceutical and Pharmaceutical industries
- 💡 Generate application trials to help design optimized products
- 🛠️ Assist with product installation, startup, and customer training
- 🔍 Support the Quality Department in complaint investigations and resolution
- 📈 Report on competitors’ products and provide feedback to management
Required Qualifications:
- 🎓 Masters in Biological Engineering/Bioprocess Technology/Biochemistry/Biotechnology or equivalent
- 💼 5-8 years of Biotech industry experience with exposure to Downstream and single-use technologies
- 🧠 Strong product and application expertise
- 🤝 Ability to interface effectively with product/project/division management
- 💬 Excellent communication and presentation skills
- 💻 Proven software skills, e.g. Microsoft Office
- 🌐 Fluent in English and ideally in other local languages
