About the Role: 📋 As a Cell Culture Application Specialist, you’ll bridge the gap between cutting-edge cell culture technologies and their practical applications. You’ll provide essential technical support to customers while working with internal teams to advance cellular research capabilities.
Key Responsibilities: 🔍
- 🧪 Technical Expertise – Provide specialized knowledge on cell culture technologies
- 💼 Sales Support – Assist the sales team with technical aspects of product offerings
- 👨🏫 Customer Support & Training – Deliver hands-on training and troubleshooting assistance
- 📝 Documentation & Reporting – Maintain detailed records of technical interactions
- 📚 Industry Knowledge – Stay current with advancements in cell culture technologies
Required Qualifications: 🎓
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Cell Biology, Biotechnology, Biochemistry, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 3-4+ years of hands-on experience with cell culture techniques
- Experience with mammalian cell culture, stem cells, CHO cells, and/or primary cells
- Background in technical support or as an application scientist is preferred
- Familiarity with laboratory equipment including biosafety cabinets, CO₂ incubators, and centrifuges
Skills & Competencies: ✨
- Strong understanding of cell culture principles and applications
- Excellent troubleshooting and analytical problem-solving abilities
- Effective communication of technical information to diverse audiences
- Proficiency with laboratory software and data analysis tools
