About the Role: Cloudnine is looking for a skilled Bioinformatics Executive to drive genetic data analysis and process automation in our cutting-edge genetics laboratory.
Qualifications:
- Educational Background: B.Sc./M.Sc. or B.Tech
- 2-3 years experience in human genomic data analysis
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain sophisticated genomic data analysis pipelines
- Create process automation scripts
- Manage data retrieval and archival
- Coordinate with lab teams and external partners
- Ensure quality standards and documentation compliance
Core Technical Skills:
- Proficient in Python, R, Shell Scripting
- Linux environment expertise
- GATK Pipeline development
- Variant annotation and prioritization
- Familiarity with genomic databases (dbSNP, ExAC, 1000 Genomes)
- CNV calling software knowledge
