Key Responsibilities:

- 📊 Analyze high-dimensional OMICS data (genomics, transcriptomics, proteomics, metabolomics)
Required Skills:
- 📈 Solid knowledge of statistics and NGS data analysis algorithms
- 🖥️ Experience with open-source tools/pipelines for NGS data analysis
- 💻 Fluency in Python or R programming
- 🐧 Familiarity with Linux environment and shell scripting
- 🗣️ Excellent communication skills
