🎓 Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in life sciences or pharmacy
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
🔬 Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative and technical support to the Project Team
- Support audit readiness and file review
- Assist in site activation activities
- Conduct feasibility assessments with investigators and site personnel
- Develop and review site lists
- Support training of new staff and participate in process improvement initiatives
💡 Required Skills:
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently
- Proficiency in analyzing project-specific data/systems
- Excellent communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and ability to learn clinical trial database systems
- Knowledge of Country Regulations, ICH Good Clinical Practices, and SOPs
