🎓 Qualifications:
- PhD or Master’s degree in Bioinformatics, Computer Science, Data Science, or related field
- 0-2 years of experience
🔬 Key Responsibilities:
- Build innovative frameworks for data integration and automated data mining
- Ensure data integrity and accuracy
- Develop new methods for data analysis
- Code efficiently for proprietary platform development
- Develop AI/ML models for different stages of analysis
💡 Required Skills:
- Experience in analyzing complex sequencing datasets
- Proficiency in DNA/RNA/Protein Sequence alignment tools
- Strong coding skills in Python
- Familiarity with AI/ML methods (classifiers, regressors, CNN, GNN, etc.)
- Excellent verbal/written communication skills
