🏥 About the Sr. Healthcare Recruiter Role
As a Sr. Healthcare Recruiter, you will play a critical role in sourcing, screening, and hiring healthcare professionals across clinical and non-clinical roles. You’ll collaborate closely with hiring managers and account teams to deliver exceptional talent and ensure healthcare organizations are staffed with the best professionals.
💼 Key Responsibilities
✅ Source and recruit RNs, LPNs, CNAs, medical assistants, allied health professionals, and administrative staff
✅ Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and assess credentials and experience
✅ Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and guide candidates throughout the process
✅ Build a strong pipeline of active and passive healthcare candidates
✅ Ensure compliance with credentialing, licensing, and healthcare hiring regulations
✅ Maintain accurate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
✅ Foster strong relationships with candidates, clients, and internal teams
✅ Stay ahead of healthcare staffing trends, salary benchmarks, and market demands
🎯 Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Healthcare Administration, Business, or related field (preferred)
- Proven experience in healthcare recruiting (MUST)
- Familiarity with medical terminology, credentialing, and compliance regulations
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and multitasking skills
- Proficiency in ATS systems and Microsoft Office Suite
