π₯ About the Sr. Healthcare Recruiter Role
As a Sr. Healthcare Recruiter, you will play a critical role in sourcing, screening, and hiring healthcare professionals across clinical and non-clinical roles. Youβll collaborate closely with hiring managers and account teams to deliver exceptional talent and ensure healthcare organizations are staffed with the best professionals.
πΌ Key Responsibilities

Source and recruit RNs, LPNs, CNAs, medical assistants, allied health professionals, and administrative staff
β
Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and assess credentials and experience
β
Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and guide candidates throughout the process
β
Build a strong pipeline of active and passive healthcare candidates
β
Ensure compliance with credentialing, licensing, and healthcare hiring regulations
β
Maintain accurate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
β
Foster strong relationships with candidates, clients, and internal teams
β
Stay ahead of healthcare staffing trends, salary benchmarks, and market demands
π― Required Qualifications
- Bachelorβs degree in Human Resources, Healthcare Administration, Business, or related field (preferred)
- Proven experience in healthcare recruiting (MUST)
- Familiarity with medical terminology, credentialing, and compliance regulations
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and multitasking skills
- Proficiency in ATS systems and Microsoft Office Suite

- Knowledge of federal and state employment laws
- Experience recruiting for FQHCs, hospitals, clinics, long-term care facilities
- Expertise in sourcing through job boards, referrals, social media, and networking platforms
