π₯ Job Overview: Support Health, Safety & Environment
As a Support HSE Professional, you will play a critical role in ensuring employee health, safety, and regulatory compliance at our facility. This role reports directly to the Chief Medical Officer / Manager, Integrated Health Services and spans responsibilities from medical examination coordination to emergency response and pharmacy management.
π Key Responsibilities

Periodic Medical Examinations (PME)
Organize and conduct PME as per company and regulatory guidelines, maintain accurate health records, and ensure timely follow-ups.

Acrophobia Testing
Administer height tolerance tests for relevant employees and collaborate with the safety team for appropriate interventions.
β
Biomedical Waste Management
Ensure safe and compliant disposal of biomedical waste following environmental and local health regulations.
β
Pharmacy & Lab Inventory Management
Maintain adequate stock levels, monitor inventory, and coordinate with procurement for seamless operations.
β
Emergency Response Assistance
Support emergency medical cases, provide first aid, and coordinate with healthcare providers to ensure rapid response.
β
Claims & Billing Support
Process medical claims for unionized employees and maintain billing records for audits and tracking.
β
Coordination with Visiting Specialists
Schedule and coordinate appointments, ensuring efficient communication and smooth consultation flow.
β
Health Status Communication
Update employees and management about medical results with strict confidentiality.
β
Duty Roster & Ambulance Management
Manage staff shifts, ambulance schedules, and ensure readiness for emergencies.
π Qualifications
- Diploma or degree in Occupational Health, Nursing, or Pharmacy
- First aid and emergency response certification (preferred)
- Basic knowledge of healthcare administration, biomedical waste handling, inventory management
πΌ Experience
- Prior experience in occupational health, healthcare support, or similar roles is advantageous.
- Experience in emergency care and first aid will be a valuable addition.
