As a Scientist I in Molecular Biology, you’ll be at the heart of scientific discovery and innovation. Join our elite Antibody Development Team and contribute to the design, purification, and analysis of cutting-edge antibody technologies used worldwide in immunoassay applications.
𧬠About the Role
You will work within a high-performing team of scientists focused on engineering and validating antibodies for research and diagnostic use. This role requires strong foundational knowledge in molecular biology, meticulous attention to detail, and a passion for solving complex scientific challenges.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute nucleic acid extraction, PCR, RNA handling, and cloning techniques
- Perform bioinformatics analysis, sequence design, codon optimization, and vector construction
- Plan and conduct protein purification, immunoassays (ELISA, Western blot), and cell culture
- Maintain accurate documentation in lab notebooks and data systems
- Stay up to date with current literature and scientific advancements
- Collaborate across global teams and present findings in written and oral formats
π©βπ¬ Qualifications & Skills
Education:
- M.Sc. in Life Sciences (Biotech, Molecular Biology, Biochemistry, or Immunology) with 0β3 years of relevant lab experience
- Or a fresh Ph.D. (submitted within the last year) in a related discipline
Preferred Technical Skills:
- Experience with molecular biology tools: SnapGene, CLC Workbench, Geneious
- RNA handling best practices and single-cell molecular workflows
- Exposure to NGS, display technologies, or antibody development platforms
- Proficiency in protein or antibody conjugation is a plus
- Strong knowledge of MS Office and statistical software like GraphPad Prism

This role involves working in a regulated lab setting that includes:
- Cold room/freezers (-22Β°C), loud machinery, and exposure to chemicals and biologicals
- Use of personal protective equipment (PPE)
- Strict adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and data integrity standards (ALCOA+)
