🔍 Key Responsibilities
Microbiological Testing & Execution – 45%
- Conduct routine and advanced microbiological and chemical testing of water, ingredients, finished products, personnel hygiene, and environment samples.
- Ensure compliance with Company, ISO/IEC 17025, and KORE requirements.
- Use modern tools such as PCR, ddPCR, GC, LC, FTNIR, and molecular biology techniques for rapid testing and validation.
- Maintain and utilize LIMS and other digital tools for effective lab management.
- Validate micro testing methods and perform risk profiling of ingredients and finished products.
Quality Assurance – 40%
- Perform root cause analysis, implement corrective actions, and participate in sanitation validation.
- Maintain compliance records, manage document control, and assist with SAP material tracking.
- Train lab staff and production teams in microbiological techniques and best practices.
Cross-functional Support – 15%
- Collaborate on GLP compliance, raise purchase orders, handle third-party testing, and support internal audits.
- Contribute to OPEX/CAPEX analysis for the microbiology lab and participate in value-creation projects.

This role supports plant-wide quality and compliance efforts in alignment with global Coca-Cola standards. You’ll work closely with:
Internal Stakeholders:
- QA, Manufacturing, and Warehouse teams – for product quality and material disposition.
- Process and Quality teams – for analytical method validation and lab operations.
- Leadership team – for reporting and quality decision-making.
External Stakeholders:
- Global CPS Lab Network
- IQD/APTC/EASC and third-party labs
- Suppliers and vendors for equipment calibration and service support
🧠 Required Skills & Qualifications
- Advanced knowledge of microbiological testing, molecular biology, and rapid testing tools.
- Experience in beverage or food testing labs, preferably under ISO/IEC 17025 accreditation.
- Proficiency in digital tools: LIMS, SAP, Power BI, Excel.
- Strong communication, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities.
- Able to lead training sessions and supervise GLP/GMP activities.
- Comfortable interacting in English and local languages for internal/external coordination.
