π§ͺ Your Core Responsibilities
πΉ Daily Sample Management
- Register raw, semi-finished, and finished product samples
- Conduct microbiological analyses as per quality protocols
πΉ System & Certification Tasks
- Record test results in SAP
- Issue quality certificates
- Release or block goods based on specifications
πΉ Environmental Monitoring
- Collect air, water, and surface swabs
- Coordinate with external labs
- Conduct and document corrective actions
πΉ Reporting & Compliance
- Generate monthly microbiological trend reports
- Present findings at QA meetings
- Maintain GLP, 5S, and health & safety standards
πΉ Collaboration Across Teams
- Work with Customer Care, Supply Chain, Engineering, and Purchasing teams
- Support new line validations and sensory testing

β Qualifications & Skills
- Degree in Biology, Microbiology, Biotechnology, or Food Technology
- Previous experience in chocolate production or lab environments
- Knowledge of SAP, MS Office, Google Workspace
- Fluent in English (B2 level)
- Strong organization, communication, and time management
