We’re excited to invite an analytical, motivated Biotechnology Analyst to join our rapidly expanding team at Accord Healthcare, one of Europe’s fastest-growing pharmaceutical and biosimilar companies.
💼 Key Responsibilities
As a Biotech Analyst, you will:
✅ Perform tests like electrophoresis, IES, immunoblotting, RP/SE/CEX HPLC per GMP and SOP standards
✅ Analyze pharmaceutical products, in-process materials, raw materials, and stability samples
✅ Collect, calculate, and record data with accuracy
✅ Report deviations and assist in investigations
✅ Prepare reagents and solutions following good laboratory practices
✅ Contribute to daily lab operations: waste management, sterilization, media/consumables handling
✅ Draft SOPs, protocols, and reports to meet lab needs
✅ Ensure compliance with GMP, GDP, QMS, EHS, company policies, and regulations
✅ Take on new projects as assigned — grow your expertise and impact
🎯 Who We’re Looking For
The ideal candidate has:
🔬 Basic knowledge of molecular biology and biochemistry techniques
💡 Familiarity with analytical methods like RP/SE/CEX HPLC (a strong asset)
🧩 Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
💬 Excellent communication in Greek and English
💻 MS Office proficiency
🎓 Bachelor’s Degree in Biology, Chemistry, Biotechnology, or related fields + MSc in Biology/Biotechnology/Biochemistry (preferred)
🧪 Previous pharmaceutical industry experience and cell culture experience (assets)
