πŸ”¬ About the Role: Fermentation Specialist

As part of the Industrialization Pole within the CINABIO Innovation Expertise Center, you will:

βœ… Install and operate 30L pilot fermenters
βœ… Monitor fermentation progress and conduct analytical testing
βœ… Report data and contribute to technical documentation
βœ… Optimize fermentation conditions to boost yields
βœ… Apply biocatalysis techniques and perform quality control analyses
βœ… Participate in lab operations, from waste management to equipment maintenance

This role offers hands-on experience at the forefront of biotechnology innovation, working alongside a passionate team dedicated to pioneering new solutions in animal health and nutrition.

We’re looking for candidates who have:

  • A degree in microbiology, biotechnology, biochemistry, or related fields
  • A DUT, BTS, or BUT (bac +2/3) in biotechnology, bioanalysis, control, or microbiology
  • A minimum of 2 years’ experience in fermentation
  • Solid knowledge of fermentation processes and enzyme applications
  • Strong data analysis and problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills
