🔬 About the Role: Fermentation Specialist
As part of the Industrialization Pole within the CINABIO Innovation Expertise Center, you will:
✅ Install and operate 30L pilot fermenters
✅ Monitor fermentation progress and conduct analytical testing
✅ Report data and contribute to technical documentation
✅ Optimize fermentation conditions to boost yields
✅ Apply biocatalysis techniques and perform quality control analyses
✅ Participate in lab operations, from waste management to equipment maintenance

🎓 Qualifications: Are You the Right Fit?
We’re looking for candidates who have:
- A degree in microbiology, biotechnology, biochemistry, or related fields
- A DUT, BTS, or BUT (bac +2/3) in biotechnology, bioanalysis, control, or microbiology
- A minimum of 2 years’ experience in fermentation
- Solid knowledge of fermentation processes and enzyme applications
- Strong data analysis and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills
- A keen eye for detail and commitment to scientific rigor
