🔬 About the Role: Fermentation Specialist

As part of the Industrialization Pole within the CINABIO Innovation Expertise Center, you will:

✅ Install and operate 30L pilot fermenters
✅ Monitor fermentation progress and conduct analytical testing
✅ Report data and contribute to technical documentation
✅ Optimize fermentation conditions to boost yields
✅ Apply biocatalysis techniques and perform quality control analyses
✅ Participate in lab operations, from waste management to equipment maintenance

This role offers hands-on experience at the forefront of biotechnology innovation, working alongside a passionate team dedicated to pioneering new solutions in animal health and nutrition.

🎓 Qualifications: Are You the Right Fit?

We’re looking for candidates who have:

  • A degree in microbiology, biotechnology, biochemistry, or related fields
  • A DUT, BTS, or BUT (bac +2/3) in biotechnology, bioanalysis, control, or microbiology
  • A minimum of 2 years’ experience in fermentation
  • Solid knowledge of fermentation processes and enzyme applications
  • Strong data analysis and problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills
  • A keen eye for detail and commitment to scientific rigor
