We’re hiring a (Assistant) Associate Scientist to join our Therapeutics Development & Supply (TDS) Analytical Development (AD) team within the Discovery Product Development and Supply (DPDS) division. This role is a dynamic 12-month opportunity in a high-tech lab environment that drives forward innovations in oncology, immunology, neuroscience, and more.
🧪 What You’ll Do – Key Responsibilities
As part of the Lab Operation Support Team, you’ll play a critical role in supporting complex research programs and product development. You will:
- Support analytical testing of study samples for R&D projects
- Assist in co-validation efforts and troubleshooting of analytical methods
- Create and maintain technical documentation and lab records
- Help study directors prepare data for technical reports and regulatory submissions
- Ensure compliance with cGMP standards and lab best practices
🔍 What We’re Looking For – Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Analytical Chemistry, or related field
- Hands-on experience in GxP / cGMP-regulated laboratory environments
- Proficiency in one or more analytical techniques:
MS, LC/MS, ELSD, cIEF, cSDS, SEC, A280 - Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving mindset
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in English
- Motivated, proactive, and able to work both independently and in a team
