🧪 About the Role
As an Application Specialist, you’ll serve as the product and application expert — supporting customers through every phase of the product lifecycle. From design to training, you’ll be at the forefront of successful implementation, ensuring Sartorius products meet the highest technical and application standards.
You will support the sales team, lead product demonstrations, and guide application development for customers across diverse sectors in life sciences.

🔍 Sales & Product Support
- Assist in product design, presentations, and demos
- Generate application studies to support customer decisions
🛠️ Customer-Focused Technical Support
- Troubleshoot and resolve field application challenges
- Guide customers through initial setups and training
📊 Data & Performance Analysis
- Monitor customer feedback and product performance
- Share insights to improve product features and functionality
📚 Training & Documentation
- Conduct internal and external training workshops
- Prepare detailed reports and trial documentation
🔄 Cross-Team Collaboration
- Partner with Quality and Product Management teams
- Report competitor insights and contribute to product strategy
✅ Ideal Candidate
🎓 Education:
- Degree in Biological Engineering, Biotechnology, or related life science fields
🔬 Experience:
- Knowledge of life science equipment, lab processes, and application technologies
- Prior experience in a similar role is a plus
💻 Skills:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Scientific reporting and technical writing
- Strong communication and presentation abilities
🌐 Languages:
- Fluent in English (local language proficiency is a bonus)
