🧬 Popvax Hiring: Molecular & Cell Biologist (Full-Time, India-Based)

Key Responsibilities:
- mRNA In-Vitro Transcription (IVT)
- Stable cell line generation and maintenance
- Monoclonal antibody (mAb) production
- Nucleic acid extraction (DNA/RNA)
- Plasmid preparation (mini to maxi scale)
- Advanced PCR techniques (TaqMan, gradient, long amplicon, real-time PCR)
- Molecular cloning (Gibson, Gateway, In-Fusion)
- Cell culture (HEK293T, HeLa, MCF-7, Expi, FreeStyle, etc.)
- Transfection (chemical, electroporation)
- Protein expression in bacterial, yeast, insect, and mammalian systems
- Protein estimation (Bradford, BCA, ELISA)
- Protein quantification (Western blotting)
- FPLC operation (Cytiva Akta, Bio-Rad NGC series)
✅ Qualifications
- PhD in molecular or cell biology OR a Master’s degree with 3+ years of experience in molecular biology workflows.
- A strong foundation in gene expression systems, protein purification, and cellular assays.
- Bonus: Familiarity with FPLC systems, especially Akta or NGC lines.
