Our Graduate Development Program is designed to give you deep exposure to the full spectrum of our biotech and pharmaceutical operations. Over the course of your training, you will gain hands-on experience across key functions including:
- Biopharmaceutical Manufacturing Operations
- Quality Assurance & Compliance
- Process Engineering & Technology Transfer
- Pharmaceutical R&D and Product Lifecycle
- Regulatory Science & GMP Environment

🎓 Who We’re Looking For
We are seeking ambitious, purpose-driven graduates ready to explore the next frontier of healthcare innovation.
Minimum Requirements:
✅ Master’s Degree in Natural Sciences, Pharmacy, Biomedical Engineering, Biotechnology, Medicine, Chemistry, or a related life science/technical field
✅ Proven academic excellence and analytical thinking
✅ Demonstrated practical experience through internships or research projects
✅ High levels of motivation, creativity, and passion for innovation
✅ Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written)
✅ Based in Barcelona or surrounding areas
✅ Driver’s license & car availability for mobility to the production site
